Mexican Air Force films UFO's

Mexican Airforce... Just those two words together sound funny.

Yeah. :D
But that is interesting. I've always been an advocate of the view that the world is a far stranger place than we give it credit for, so I believe that they did see something.

From the picture on that site, it looks like the landling lights for a jumbo jet :p

lol probably some U.S. plane crossing jurdistiction. Thats all.

i can't believe anyone who would say an airforce pilot is mistaking something for something else. jets are VERY easy to tell from anything else. i've been kinda something of an amateur astronomer all my life(brought up that way from my father), and airplanes vs jets vs planets vs fireballs vs meteors vs anything else... all easy to distinguish. now put yourself in the place of an airforce pilot. you are trained to be able to make visual confirmation of objects in the sky, and discern between commercial and military and all manner of jets/planes. to say that these pilots couldn't tell that they're looking at airplanes is just silly :)

i would be skeptical of ufo's but i've seen two. so eh. i say the mexican airforce pilots either saw ufo's or some classified american war plane.
oh by the way. there is video of this. i watched it, in it the reporter says that there were 11 objects sighted, and the pilots only picked up 3 on radar. (not too terribly surprising if we're capable of stealth ourselves, but still) i suggest you guys watch the video. if you have comcast internet you can go here

Heh, all in favor of Advanced US Military test aircraft?

*Raises hand*

yeah those lights were moving all together they all were part of one mass

yeah those lights were moving all together they all were part of one mass
and that means....

I seriously believe that it is quite possible that there have been extraterrestrial visitors, but i dont think specifically that there have. It could just as easily be classified experimental aircraft....our airforce is a lot more capable than we think....all the "high-tech" aircraft you hear about comes from the army....and is the army actually better at aircraft than the airforce? no, thats why you hear about their projects. Take the SR-71 for example.....did anyone in 1971 even imagine that we could possibly have an aircraft that capable? hell no. and hardly anyone found out about it until it was declassified decades later. now, 33 years in the future, imagine all the crazy shit we must have....

all possibilities, but none of us really know(maybe some, my friends dad worked at A-51 for a year or so, he said he saw some crazy shit....a crash landing of some wacked-out aircraft, no one was allowed near it except like 15 high ranking people, the brought in like 5 semi's full of stuff the next day....he can't technically even talk about it of course, but no one really cares.....right?

I beleive in UFOs and other beings, I doubt most of the UFO and abduction stories though.
If you think about how big the earth is, and how many other solar system and planets there are, how can you possibly think that we are the ONLY living things around...

I don't like to call them UFO's (thats just too cliche), I prefer to call them

Anomalous Atmospheric Flying/Hovering Object (AAF/HO)

I like to call DEATH eVADER "The guy who has his own ideas about everything".

Not that that's a bad thing. Just something I've noticed.

I think I'll stick with UFOs though.

Few things.
1. If they are american aircraft, Why are they flying over Mexico?
2. If they are some sort of stealth aircraft, Why do they glow?
3. If they were american aircraft, why did they fly around and play footsie with the mexican pilots, you'd think they would get the hell outta there if they were flying an experimental aircraft that nobody knows about.

but why the hell would aliens go to mexico? They looking for the chupa cabra? (lost relative I suppose :) )

I believe in UFO's i've seen one once. I believe in aliens, I also think this story could be for real. So I'm just joking with the first statement... Jesus they must want hl2 as bad as we do.

Where are you guys seeing these pictures and/or videos. I'm not finding them.

Edit: Nevermind found the pic.

Its either a UFO or a new experimental aircraft. If it was an experimental aircraft why were they testing it over Mexico? Assuming the Mexican Gov. isn't the one makin it of course.

It's the B3 or the F-500 Aurora 2 or some sort of aircraft. I say only 0.1% of all UFO &/oe abduction stories are actually either BS or Govt. tests.

The Mexican Govt, knows it, prolly couldn't tell the pilots to raise suspicion, and not Shut them up for the same reason.

is anyone able to take a look at the link i posted? or is it comcast people only that can see it?

maybe later, I'm d/l the HL2 E3 2004 vid now. 91%, at last

I've seen the video, it doesn't move like a plane, it actually looks like two headlights drifting through the sky, it's weird. Since all the lights move together we can assume that they were all connected somehow, and I don't think the Airforce or the Army or whoever would even bother creating something that big.

I never believe crap like this, the probablitlity that it is a UFO is 1 in 10^30. In my opinion

Mexicans duh! Where else would they get them?? Texas?? ;)

Anyways yea I saw the comcast vid that was pretty odd. Oh and Naft watch out the FBI might repel through your windows in a few seconds from releasing that classified info..

Looks to me like they are moving in formation. If they are US aircraft the Air Force could be trying to get a perspective on them. It was all over the news right? Some Engineer at A-51 heard that 3 of them appeared on the radar and is now trying to figure out what went wrong.

shh stop with the area-51 stuff... you'll piss someone off lol.. remember, the government's official position on area-51 is that they can neither confirm nor deny the existence of it haha..

Yeah dude me too, i remember seeing this one Roswell special on History channel/discovery channel/ something else [dont remember which exactly] but it showed a video of them operating on one of those aliens.

I dont belive in aliens anyways, maybe Area 51 is where Bush hides his nukes? Conspiracy? :0

Where did you see the video? I wanna see it.

Can someone post a link to the video? That I can watch?

I really don't believe in UFO theories, but you have to admit this one is certainly more credible (if it is an alien space craft, but it probably isn't) than previous videos and pictures considering its comming from a national military organization.

It's clearly NOT UFO nor any other type of extraterrestial activitie, some idiots south the border would belive just about anything.

UFO=Unidentified Flying Object

The mexican military has said that they don't know what it was therefor by definition the lights are UFO's.

Can you explain what it was?

Just been looking to learn a bit more about the recent Mexican Airforce sighting when I noticed that each forum I visited seemed to contain a similar, very brief statement........here are some of them -

How truly amazing is this story???????? It answers the most perplexing, profound, and significant question of our age!!!
MEXICO HAS AN AIR FORCE!!!! May 12 7.17pm
www.ldspacific.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=688

the funny part of this story is that Mexico has an air force. May 12 10.32pm
www.sternfannetwork.com/ forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30702

I think the most surprising thing to me was.....Mexico has an air force? Wow. May 13 8.04am
forums.kthxdie.com/ index.php?showtopic=2465&view=getnewpost

Mexico has an air force? You hear all about UFOs, but that's news to me. May 14 12.40am
uplink.space.com/ printthread.php?Cat=&Board=seti&main=708642&type=thread

The scary part about this is the fact that Mexico HAS an Air Force. May 16 8.09am
forevergeek.com/news/mexican_air_force_films_ufos.php

I think it's absolutly amazing, I didn't know Mexico had an air force. May 16 7.26pm

Sorry but I forgot to copy the link for that last one.

Do you think this is just coincidence or could this be the same guy?
I only found one forum without this comment!

Trouble with forums as they're very 'public'. Anyone can visit them and no-one knows who's reading or posting a lot of the time.

Looks like this has been debunked... possibly.

Really now, why would aliens come all this way just to abduct cows and occasionally show up in crappy quality photos? And if they had the technology to overcome the universe's immense distances, they wouldn't even have to enter the solar system to gather information on us. They'd have some hardcore tech that would allow them to observe from ages away. Not only that, if they didn't want us to see them, we never would and they certainly wouldn't show up in amateur photographs. If aliens were here, we would certainly know about it. That said, it's stupid to think that there isn't life out there somewhere in the universe, it's just a LONG way away.

Hi Non-Sequitur!

Good points there.
As a sceptic I've used them all myself for many years, however I'm less sceptical these days and would like to make a few comments on some of these points.

Any advanced alien civililisation could gather a lot of informaion on us from a great distance, true but I think we should also consider the following-

1. Due to the age and size of our galaxy, if intelligent life has evolved elsewhere in the galaxy then by now it is possible, even likely, that such a race or races could by now populate much of the galaxy and so might not be that far away from us to start with. (In fact if that has not already happened then it doesn't bode well for our long-term future).

2. Information gathered from another solar system would not be up to date due to the time it would take for light and radio waves to travel the distance. If such a civilisation was curious, even concerned about our developement in case we were seen as a potential future hazard, then they would want up to date information, as it doesn't take long to progress from producing the first radio signals to be capable of space travel and much more.

3. Highly detailed information such as details of our latest technologies (most of which are Top Secret military technologies) could only be obtained through much closer investigation.

4. Unless they wanted to interfere with our future developement then they may not wish to make contact or be 'seen' by us at present but that doesn't mean that they would necessarily allow the risk of them being detected deter them from sending craft.

5. Stories of mutilations, abductions and fuzzy pictures are all hard to take seriously but since the 1940's there are many cases of military aircraft seeing and persuing unknown flying objects, some of which have been reported to exhibit great manoeverability and accelaration, sometimes but not always picked up on radar too. Also a growing number of now retired, high-ranking military personell have claimed to have seen 'intelligently controlled, unidentified aircraft', some up close and have stated themselves that the military is still hiding most of the evidence it has on these phenomenon.

I admit there is no proof that we have been visited by any alien race or craft (at least not in the public domain) but the possibility is not so far-fetched.
Personally I only take an interest in the 'reported' military encounters these days as there is a lot of rubbish out there to sift through.
Sadly there are many cases where deliberate deception is used to make money from books, magazines etc. This is done by both printing discredited data and deliberatly mis-representing the details of an event to influence the reader.
