MGS3 help

I have just met the sorrow for the first time, and the game just keeps on crashing on me, I am not sure what to do.

I'm assuming your having trouble with the boss segment. When you die when you walk into him, take the pill where you wake up after faking your death.

Or if you want the camo you'll have to walk through the entire segment and survive (avoid any ghosts). I don't know what you mean by crashing though...you mean the ps2 resets, freezes, glitches, what?

yeah walk to the end avoiding the ghosts, its a cool ''battle'', then you get his camo which is kickass.

It gets a disk read error, and i REALLY want to fight that volgin ****er! i must kill him!!!!

It's either the disk or your PS2. PS2s can be very dodgy... if you have your PS2 standing vertical, try using it horizontal... and if there is a lot of dust clogging up the fans, some people reccommend that you take the whole thing apart and dust it. Carefully.. Of course, like I said above, it could be the disk; so If you still have the reciept try returning it to the shop.

I rented MGS3 and its in fairly good condition, not too many scratches. And i barrowed the PS2 from my friend, it's one of the new small ones:/

I got the disk read errors before, until it just wouldn't read disks anymore, I just had to open my PS2 and clean the laser lens, and adjust the laser slightly, it just took like 20 minutes and it has worked perfectly since then.

I would try it, but it's not my PS2, and if i **** it up i dont wanna have to pay $150 :/
