Backing Moore up on the important day for Microsoft was none other than Microsoft chairman Bill Gates who, at a Microsoft shareholders meeting also held today, said, "In the first 24 hours we'll have an opening that's [more] popular than any motion picture has ever had in history."

1st my opinion: Yay for Halo 2. Bungie deserves it. Halo 2 is well worth the money.

I have to agree with dart321. Bungie certainly deserves it and it's fun to see that the game is getting this much popularity.

And yes, you will get your arse flamed. Basically because this is Halflife2.net, not variousgames.net. People here smell Halo 2, and it smells like prey to them. Their instinctive reaction is to attack everyone that even mentions it in a slightly positive way.

Movie tickets are $6 until 6:00 PM then they are 8:00 PM, this is AMC's ticket prices, who have like half of the most popular top 50 theaters. Also, this is just 24 hours.
