I looked directly at the window at first expecting a man looking in or something. Where's the mind****?

The window to the right , look close (as in close to your monitor) you may also need to look down at a slight angle (i did).

Edit : the face kind of looks like a cross between Frankenstiens monster and scream , just so you know what to look for , also its hand is against the glass.
