'mini' ctrl+alt+del (task manager) window.

one day, my ctrl+alt+del (task manager) window lost it's menu/header. no idea how.

i've tried sitting there press every keyboard key to see if it was some hidden shortcut, i've looked up task manager in windows help, googled it etc. i've even used a restore point from 2 weeks ago, and reinstall sp2. but i just can't figure it out.

i have also had the same problem, took me forever to fix it, pain in the ass. how can this be called a "feature"?
