Missing bin Folder

Hey guys
I'm a new member, and I downloaded Counter-Strike Source with Half-Life 2.
Now, when I open the game, it shows the loading bar, then crashes to the desktop, I looked at the hl2 folder directory, and found out the bin folder is missing, OK, so I thought I'd copy the client .dll from Half-Life 1 (otherwise, Half-Life) and it still crashes to the desktop, if anyone can give me a link to download the bin folder, I really appreciate it.
By the way, Counter-Strike: Source works, only Half-Life 2 crashes.

I downloaded Counter Strike Source that came with it from Setti.com as a .torrent
