Missing caption for 'npc_eli.footstepright'

Hello,

did anyone get the announcement " Missing caption for 'npc_eli.footstepright' " while seeing eli for the first time?

It is there for a lot of sounds, just so you dont get a caption for time a bullet hits a wall, anything takes a step etc...

1-) illegal version? (if so, you r dumb)
2-) bad files? (there is a checker for them from steam)
3-) random glitch (oh well)
4-) cache is full (restart game/computer)
5-) a feature (yay for hidden features!)

yes the game stops.... npc dont do anything anymore, everything freezes...

that's maybe because you have a warez version, that version is supposed to disable AI when you load a game.

then i'll quote this:
"1-) illegal version? (if so, you r dumb)"
