My name is Chris Matlock, I've been modding since Quake 1, the most recent mod I'am orginial founder of, is "Forgotten Hope", a popular Battlefield 1942 modification. I've also worked along side mods already in production for FarCry and HL2, my most enjoyable one being "Jedi timeline".
- The moment I realized I wanted this mod on the hl2 engine, is the moment I strapped myself into the buggy on hl2 single player.

"Mission to Coldwater"
Act 1
The year is 2015, the discovery of planets like Earth have sparked an overwhelming-
increase in space exploration and enhancements in technology, as we send not only humans,
but robots to explore these distant Earth-like planets.
The first mission, the one that will be known until the end of time, the mission
to Coldwater, a planet only fifty light years away from Earth, is now underway.
Furthmore information on the story will be released via Staff Team/ Mission to Coldwater Website.

Humans - Offense
Robots - Human Defense(limited)
Coldwater Inhabitants *Most Likely* (Human-like)-(Lighter Skintone-Different Colored Eyes-Different Hair Style and Appearal) - Defense

*Terrain will be based on concepts from the planet of Coldwater.* - Different ways of evolution, different plants, different animals
The coldwater inhabitants are an advanced civilization much like humans on Earth, but speak different tongue and have a developed society
totally different from which humans do.

Weaponry - Do not want to rush into things, weaponry is a key element of a successful mod. Will be dicussed furthermore with staff team.
Vehicles will also be an important piece to Coldwater.
The gameplay is based on offense/defense, making this game suspenseful and action packed is my number one priority.
Coldwater inhabitants will be using their most modern technology in defense against the new alien race that has landed on their planet.
Earthlings will be using firepower and vehicles as a means of getting through their defense in a set timelimit by server-side clients.
*What the Earthlings are after, and the Coldwater inhabitants are defending, will be kept a secret for the time being.
