You are my father.You know what? Dark chocolate is a slippery slope of peril. I started off eating 45% cacao, then 60. Soon I wanted to try eating darker, more concentrated chocolates, and even though at 65% it started tasting like I was eating wood I kept going.
Before Christmas I got ahold of a bar that was 100% cacao. Pure chocolate.
