It depends on which game, EVE online for example, lets you pay by bank wire.

i think for EVE online you could get a little voucher from GAME stores with a code in it. So you buy the voucher for the "monthly fee" price, then enter the code and play

a problem i had with my credit card (or my mums ) was when i signed up for planetside, and it asked me what type of subscription i wanted (out of 1 month, 3 month and direct debit). So i clicked one month. a month later i stopped playing and presumed i couldnt play anymore and my subscription had ended, and that was all i had payed.

but damn shit faced monkey ass SOE decided to ignore this, and despite the fact that i hadnt chosen direct debit, it did this anyway and continued to extract money untill my mum got her credit card bill... and this happens to everyone. BEWARE OF SOE!!!

Only one thing wrong with that.......Guild Wars sucks. I hate the way you have to pay a monthly fee for MMO's. Especially after you actually BUY the game in the shop..then you pay more..

you can download Eve online for free, get it off a PC gaming magazine coverdisc or buy it in the shops for about £2.50.

With eve online all you need to worry about is the monthly fee.

Any from Sony Online let you buy a game card that you can buy to pay for subscription, you can also buy a mega one that covers all their games which is $21 i think (in the UK and ignorant to the ways of Dollar) but that 21 covers all of the games that are usually like $13 a month i think. Huge savings IMO. Other than that PayByCash (mentioned above) is a good way.

I certainly did. When you choose 'One Month', it charges you every month. Whereas if you choose 'Three Months' then it charges you every 3 months. For example, you could either pay $10 for one month..or $25 for 3 months. It carries on until you cancel your subscription.
