and for overclocing, what to take , Asus, Epox, Msi, Abit ??

Also a little info on the NEO2, upgrade to the latest MOBO Bios chipset drivers and you are good to go. Very easy to overclock, can easily overclock while in Windows instead of going to bios with this easy tool called Core Center. Tells you the temp of your case and of your CPU.
