Mobo help

I want to upgrade my comp, so i am trying to find some info about my mobo, but i want been able to. Can some1 tell me where i can find read info about what my mobo supports and what it doesnt support.

p.s i tryed to use gogle didnt find anything exept new mobo.

Next time look to your computer manufacturer's website and provide more details up front.

last question.
The file u gave me is very helpfull but i doesnt say the name of the mobo and what proccesor it is compatble with(for exp right now i have 1.3 ghz and i want somewhere about 2.5-3.0ghz will i be able to install new proccesors?).
