Mobos stable with ram

both are good, but which one would work better or be more stable with:

and FX 53 and 9800 pro

I have read that some ram is more stable on different mother boards

My first build up was with an ASUS P2B Mobo several years back... The apparant quality just looking at it and the actual quality and reliability I have gotten from it over the years has been fantastic. No problems.... Great performer. The P2B is now my file server on a 4 PC home LAN and looks like it'll do well for another few years.

I'm building up a wish list now for a replacement game PC and I am ordering the AV8 with the same DDR-400 you picked, Same processor but with a 6800 U
