Models for garrys mod?

When i play garrys mod, my Counter-terrorist and terrorist dont spawn, the hostage and the wepons do so i dont know whats thats all about.
And some other models, like the guy from lost cost and models from DoD, how do i get those guys? And that big fish.

Try plugins and crap, the Ichthyosaur, on the other hand, you can't get. Or try npc_create npc_Ichthyosaur in the console, but it may crash when you kill it.

For the Ichy, stick this into your gmod9/settings/menu_props/*insert file name here*.

theres another model pack that includes the gordon above, gordon that looks like Rick Bayless the chef, gordon of hl 1, and HL 1 guy in haz suit with helmet but i can not find it...
