Regarding that screen shot in my PC Gamer that i have yet to even see online, leading me to assume that its something virtually none of you have ever seen before.... in regards to that, and that its in a magazine, are you willing to break the law to show the screen shot? are you going to ask PC gamer for permission?

I could just Scan the screen shot, and edit in photoshop, making to where you can ONLY see the screenshot, nothing regarding or pointing to pc gamer?

I made this a public thread due to someone out there may know something regarding legal matters on this subject.

Anyone? Moderators? Is this legal, or should I just forget about the screenshot now? Seeing as Moderators are closing the threads and all, It may be useless for me to spend my time to set up my friggin scanner for no reason.

Scans popped in much much much much early, just after they where out. There ARE people here reading PC Gamer *GASP!*

Try searching, you might find your picture.

Ok, well, ill scan it, and... attempt to post it here anyway, if not ill just PM it to people.

Its "PC Gamer (US) August 2003"- Battlefield Vietnam is on the cover. just, fyi.

so, be back in about 2 hrs, with a screenie. dont get to excited, its not the coolest, just something new, and shows a new location. =)

(why 2 hrs? im at work... wait till i get home)

It was my friends mag, he left it at my desk, today i looked through it and saw it, i was like "hey... coool"

Scanned pictures are fine, it's just scanned pages that show which magazine it's from that are a problem.

I see... I was thinking it was something like that, it's why I suggested croping, cool.

When I scan it, ill scan at a really high res, try and get it as big as i can. in the mag its like.... 2inchx2inch, lol.

Hmm, I just got my PCGamer today and don't see one NEW or old picture of HL2 in it. Maybe they missed that page on mine? I went through it three times to see if I could find anything on HL2 or new pictures and didn't find one thing. I have the November Issue with the LOTR picture on it. Is that the issue your talking about?

I looked at this on the shelves awhile back, IIRC there aren't any new shots.... I think the "new ones" were from the Bink videos/E3 footage.
