So I decided to give Morrowind another go, but before I start, are there any mods that you guys recommend that I should download before starting? Graphical upgrades would be nice.

I wish I could mod it on my xbox :(. Oh well, at least I got it for just $10

Better Bodies
Better Heads

Start with those and go from there.

Go to morrowind summit, hit up their forums and you will find a wealth of mod goodness. There are a lot of sweet weapon/armor/clothing/skin mods out there. There are also quests, fan made races, new areas, ownable homes, banks with money loaners and interest, loads of new monsters and characters. Oh god, I think im gunna start playing again too.

Ok after looking through a long list of mods(and getting a huge headache reading all of them), I went with a few graphical enchancement mods. I'm interested in the dual-wield mods, any info on those?

The only one I know of is not really a duel wield, its just that one of the weapons acts as a shield. I think it was the assasins armory mod.

Get the Predator mod.
Basically a total conversion, turns the game into a Yautja world.

I usually play this game once every few months, uninstall it, then re-install, to make the gameplay as best as possible, get these (I use them all at once), Get them at Morrowind Summit:

Classes:
30 Classes
All Classes

Big Changes:
Leafy Morrowind
Morrowind Inhabitants

Houses:
Your Hideaway

Little Changes:
Gladiator
Guar Tamers
Adventurers 2.0 (Makes Game Harder)

Realism:
Animal Behaviour
Animal Loot
Animal Respawn
More NPC's
Rogues

Towns:
Seyda Neen Expansion

Tweaks:
Cap Remover (Makes so your skills can go above 100)
Wine Rack Mod
Dark Brotherhood Delayed Attack (There Are Lots Of Different Ones)
Glow Away
Fashonable Merchants
Nice Weather
Persuasion Response Expansion

NOTE: I only have the Tribunal Expansion, so Tribunal is required for some of these, not all of them, none require the Bloodmoon Expansion though.

Ya, I just use these to make the game more realistic, I have a few others you may not be interested in, but I use them just to add a little something.

Plain Paper Fix
Hand-to-Hand Damage (Instead Of Fatigue Damage)
Wine Rack Mod (Allows You To Rotate Bottles)

Enjoy.

Is there a mod that will allow you to loot people when they fall to the floor with no fatigue? I remember I used to be able to steal stuff by beating the crap out of someone, taking their stuff while they are knocked out, and leaving without having to kill them. I think a patch stopped this, so now I have to kill someone or waste time on getting my sneak and security up.

Knock them unconsious (Fatigue loss by punching) then push the sneak key, and pickpocket their unconsious bodies
