Monitor troubles.

Yes I am aware I am in the wrong forum, but I need the help, bad.
(I promise I won't ever do it again, put we are talking about a expensive piece of equipment. In my eyes at least.)

I have recently noticed my monitor changing tints. It goes from a normal to a greenish color. Then it would flicker back and fourth from normal to greenish color.

It would be of some help to know exactly what is going on, and how to possibly fix it.

Ya sure you don't have any huge magnets around them?

The prongs on the end of the cable are either ****ed up or not connected properly. Try plugging it in more securely or getting a new cord and see if that fixes it.

If not you can always open the monitor up and touch the black bits with your bare hands.

yeah i got the same problem, but my screen changes colour to a yellowish tint.. it does the same flickering too..
in my case its because the end plugg thingy that goes into the graphicscard (dont know the english word for it.. hope you get what i mean ) is worn out and a bit loose.. so i have to wiggle it a bit and that fixes it
