i saw that... and it wasn't so there aren't lame events like that, it was so there would be less use of guns on the streets...an he said it like this

Actually he said something like:

"If a bullet cost five thousand dollars and you got shot, people would be saying "DAMN HE MUSTA DID SOMETHIN" and something else like "I would blow off your god damn head if I could afford it."

The point is events like that shouldnt take place, because guns should be reserved for military use only!

Gun laws in America are crazy and shit like that video proove it!
