more than 1 save file

i know i am sounding like a N00b here but i have to ask. when i start the game and choose load there are a bunch of saves (some are autosaves and then the one i made before shutting down) but is there any way to have more than one profile so only your save shows and anyone else who has been play does not?

Not officially, but you can go to the SAVE folder and rename it, then make a new folder called SAVE. Not the best way to go about doing things, but it gets the job done.
