Morrowind thread!

Just played morrowing for aout an hour or so after beuing bored waiting for WOW, and i honestly cant remember why i stopped playing it. I started a new character as an evil orc who is adept at killing things and stealing. ITS SO FUN!
ive gone to a store, stolen all the valubale items when the shopkeepers not loking then gone next door and sold them to make a tidy profit Ive also spoken to a guy and he asked me to retrive his gold, and if i did so i would gte a share of it.. so i did so and kept it

i used to be a crappy ranger who was crap at everything except stealing. Even my main attribut- marksmanship- couldnt kill a desiesed rat. i leveled up about 4 times and my character is worse in combat than the level one orc i just created. Playing morrowind with another character really hightens the experience

now i noticed a lot of people going off topic in the WOW thread, so i decided this was a perfect time to make a thread to discuss everything ineresting in morrowind!

in other news, you bitches have got me addicted to morrowind again now resintalling for the third time in as many months. dunno what it is about this game. i get bored/pissed off with it, kind of like with GTA, so i uninstall...a month later i'm thinking, man i really have a hankering to player morrowind :/ i should really learn from my past mistakes eh.

alas, tis late and i'm bloody knackered. probably gonna try being one of those cat thingys. forgotten what they're called

Once i had a really good nord guy and I killed everone in some huge castle and took it over as my house. I put everything I had gathered on my way there around the castle, It was fun. I took over the whole kingdom too and killed anyone who broke laws

I infact just started replaying Morrowind as well. I decided to install a bunch of mods. Anyone got some recommendations on some?

I remember I had like a level 40 Bard Warrior, could practically kill anything in one hit and jump over 20 feet, was the guild leader of Fighters, Imperial Legion, and one more I can't think of. I was surprised how far I was and high in level and I still hadn't finished the main quest, I was only about half way through it. They could make Morrowind a MMORPG and would barely have to change anything at all in it, game is just so massive, would be awsome if someone did a online mod for it.

I decided to try out as a wee little Elf Agent, hopefully I'll be strong as my Warrior.

Freaking awesome! I met up with this semi nude man who said he was traveling with this lady, who turned out to be a witch, stole all his stuff including his beloved Cloudreaver or something to that effect. I agreed to "help him" and by "help him" I mean help myself when I find that axe of his. We met up with the witch lady who said that the guy actually tried to come onto her so she put a spell on him and took his axe and clothes... I couldnt stand the confusion so i killed them both and took their stuff. Later found a lady with "boots of blinding speed" which incrase your speed ALOT but also blind you... damn it! So I killed her and took her boots and axe... went off and found this guy out in the middle of no where who told me not to come to close... apparently I have yellow tick or something... anyhow he said I wasnt worth killing so I killed him with my new cloudreaver (1-25 lightning dmg per hit ) and then took his shack as my house and put my stuff in it.. Its very cosey and ill take screenshots if can figure out how, later

OH MY F*CKING GOD

yo stole the EXACT two things i was about to say!! dammit looks like were doing the same things im doing the quests for the fighters guils, and it so happens that the 3rd mission is in the caldera area.

i found that lady with the boots... looked on my map to see where she wanted to go and it was miles out of the direction i was going... so i just killed her and used her boots. Then i put the gamma up (being the sneaky devil i am ) and ran around for literally half an hour looking for the witch. i killed her, and seeing as my main skill is axes, i just coulnt give it back to the half- nakid guy so i killed him too.

Also, do you have a big fold out map that came with the game? i would acctually find morrowind IMPOSSIBLE to play without it. really good quality, too. im wondering seeing as you bought a budget version.

one last thing.. in caldera theres this mansion place wuth orcs in.. and a strange goblin creature on the second floor. if you sell stuff to him he gives you its full worth- its amazing so he basically makes no profit and i reap the rewards plus he takes all types of armour and weapons, and he has over 3,000 to give. i love taking advantage

*edit* actually i just remembered something- i have this really smart kid at my school called freddy glebocki (hes going to work for NASA one day, mark my words!) and his brother plays morrwind. apparantly what his brother does is cast an anti-blind spell, put on the boots, cast a hover spell, and due to the fact hes a really high level and spent all his EXP on acrobatics and stuff he can jusp really high in the air... combine the 3 things and he can fly as fast as superman, really really high. sounds awesome plus he has loads of magicka so he can do it for ages. apparantly he can get around morrowind in seconds.

the worst thing is that now i really want to play morrowind... but from tommorrow onwards i will have no time to play! why couldnt i find out that i loved morrowind at the start of august, so i could have had a level 50 orc by now (or got bored and got on with HW and such)?

Heh I had my "uber sword" I enchanted a Deadric (spelling) short sword and put paralyse + maximum cold damage it was great . I never got further then the first mission for that spymaster person because the bloody person i was meant to see disappeared :\ so i had to start again
