Most Hated Bands/Songs?

I hate stupid female pop singers such as Hilary Duff, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Lindsay Lohan and etc...
That all sing about the same damn thing, their songs don't make any damn sense and they're all cliche.
Then they start to lose their innocence which seems to be pretty popular at the moment. It seems they're really desperate attention whores. Then I hear people on the forums who say thing like, "I don't care about Britney's music, I'd still **** her."
and similar things.
Pathetic.

Well, it's just that I absolutely can't stand their sound, I don't have anything against their integrity though :p

Emo is good when it's done right. Jimmy Eat World and Finch are just two examples of emo done 'right'. True enough though, most of it does suck.
 
Rap, Hip Hop, EMO, country, and mostly everying else. The only music i like is Punk/Ska and some hard rock.

I love Funeral for a Friend, and Dashboard Confessional and shit, and tbh its emo, but not in a sense like this ****ing MTV orientated "Popular emo" shit. Seriously, emo was good until MTV came along, decided to output a bunch of bands who were the ****ing same and ruin its name. People cry when they hear this, but emo technically is punk. I'm talking about real emo, not this whiney shit about loosing a girl.

Gwen Stefani's latest shitefest gets me pretty riled up, as does everything Natasha Beddingfield's releases. The lyrics in them completely suck, and everyone who says the melody is good are either stupid or they've not heard GY!BE yet.

McFly and Busted piss me off too, especially Busted, for even attempting a remake of "Teenage Kicks" last year. I'm pretty sure that even uttering this would cause John Peel to roll in his grave.
 
I hate anything Rap, cause they dont sing about anything good, and I try not to listen to stuff thats too mainstream, but I always end up doing it anyway.
 
Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, and all those other whiny ass psuedo punk bands. Not only is their singing so god awful that it reminds me of some spoiled 16 year old girl whining about not being able to drive her parents car, but when you actually stop to listen to the lyrics you come to the realization that it MAKES NO SENSE. Also, pretty much every single mainstream rapper in existance, the only rap I can stand is underground stuff that isn't abought bitches, hos, guns, and bling. Of course all that pop and RnB shit is awful too.

The only "mainstream" band I can take right now is Green Day, which is also one of my favorites. Recently I find myself mostly listening to 90s alternative like Nirvana and Pearl Jam with some early 90s rap too.

They're emo but they're not whiny little kids. And their music isn't soft and their lyrics aren't about girlfriends or parents or some whiny crap. I can't stand people who categorise every single emo band into the "whiny" section and never get to know what some of the bands are actually like.

The one thing i absolutely cannot tolerate at all, are people who listen to bands like Good Charlotte and Simple Plan, and then try to pass themselves off as punk by dressing up goth like and calling themselves "hardcore" like ****ing AFI or some shit. It makes me want to rip my eyes out with rusty spoons. For a starter, Goth has never had anything to do with Punk. Ever. Anybody who thinks so, knows shit-all about Punk. Punk, is long jeans/pants and a t-shirt. Thats punk. Not black hair, wrist-bands and all that other shit that MTV describe as Punk.

God, i really hate the music industry.
 
I like emo, but can't stand all that MTV stuff. The only band that is on MTV that I can stand is Snow Patrol. They don't drone on like all the bands on MTV. Their sound really reminds me of Belle & Sebastian.

I hate american highschool punk (green day, bad religion, etc), hiphop, rap, spice girls/bsb style bands, mainstream pop/rock. Also some of those damn fantasy-metal bands. May be others too but that's pretty much it. Yeah and nu-metal bands (korn), slipknot, every band like that should either change the vocalist(s) or then not sing at all.

Anything later than the 70's usually blows. I really hate those fag "I'm gangsta because I've been shot" music such as 50 cent and all those other fags. I also really really hate those fags that think their badass punks such as good charlotte and simple plan. Most music these days makes me cringe. What ever happened to music like Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin and AC DC. The Who and The Beatles are dope too. Thats some quality music!
 
"Mmmbop" by Hanson. In fact, my first real introduction to the internet was when I started bashing that group on Hanson message boards and chat rooms along with other so-called "anti-Hansonites". I would spend every afternoon ripping on them and getting into fight while searching Webcrawler for Hanson photoshop jobs and anti-Hanson webpages.

I think that's when I realized how truly great the internet was, all due to my hatred of Hanson.
 
The Bads
- Anything emo = Linkin Park = crap - whiny losers
- anything rap or hiphop = repetitive bs = Usher - whiny rappers
- School Punk - lame - whiny punks

The Goods
- Motown = feel good music - great musicians
- Classic Rock = the best
- Blues = soulful
 
I was going to start a new thread but i'll bring up this old one instead.

The worst band in existence has to be Cannibal Corpse!!! It's just noise, no melody and you can't hear the vocals, not that you'd want to. Plus some of their stuff is just...sick!

Google search for "Necropedophile lyrics" and you'll know what I mean.

I dislike mainstream-mtv-Rn'B the most.. Its like really boring rap. Usher and destinys child for instance. The bling-thing is crap and the texts about girls being their bitches, hoes.. well..

2:nd place: Good Charlottefor doing fake metal.. I believe they call their music "love-metal" (wth?!) Whining, extremely commercial, sissy makeup, crappy texts and no growling/grinding = not metal
