movement lag issues

I'm experiencing some pretty odd game behavior, just in DoD:s. I don't really know what to call it other than movement lag. The game will run smooth when i first join a server, a little ways into it this problem will hit, sometimes theres a little lag spike, and sometimes it just happens. I will lose control of the mouse while a key is pressed, but as soon as I release the key, the mouse functions normally. If im pressing a direction key, once I release it I continue moving in that direction for a second or two. This makes it very hard to turn, as I have to run, stop, aim in new direction, then continue moving. it also makes aiming impossible unless standing perfectly still. I can temporarily fix the problem by reconnecting, but it only takes a few minutes for it to act up again. As you can tell, this completely prevents gameplay. Any help would be great. Thanks-

What's your ping like?

Have you tried Mouse Filtering ON in options?

ping is dece. It happens in *almost* all servers, so my ping can range from 20 to 150. I havent noticed any choke, but i will keep a closer eye on my net_graph. I'll try the mouse filtering fix, but i doubt it will work, it seems like its a keyboard issue. Only yes, i have tried other keyboards, and tried said keyboards on a different pc (running DoD:s)... Its not the physical keyboard (this problem is ONLY in Dod:s)

I say *almost* all servers because I have found one exceptions so far. Its some clan's server where I go for 12 man PUGs, I never have problems there. I can also do fine in other servers with low player numbers, at least for longer than in 32 man servers.

I read somewhere that someone turned off hardware acceleration in dxdiag (sound tab), so i did that, and it work for a few games, but now its back...

More suggestions would be awesome-
