MSI K8N Platinum mobo prob..or PSU

Or Ram? I am building my first system. Or was trying to today. Anyways, I have been getting shutoffs after 1-5 mins in BIOs or POST. Currently trying to install WinXP, but these shutoffs are annoying. The PSU = http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdes...-170-020&DEPA=1
was with this case. V12 is 12 when it says 15a on the box. The Ram is http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDes...220-006&depa=1. If someone would help, I'd greatly appreciate it. I was hoping to get this running by XMAS. -.-

I'll probably go get a new PSU. Suggestions?

did u check these hardware components u bought were compatible with motherboard... Anything is not connected that must be connected?

That powersupply really stinks, even if you get a new motherboard I'd still recommend a different powersupply. I have that motherboard, and I have 26 amps on the 12v.
