I have the beta of MSN 7 with winks and nudges


IT SUCKS!


All the girls I know nudge me and say 'heheheheheheeheehhhehehehehehh ru happy ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????'

With thier confusing lingo and I tell them not to nudge me and they nudge me again

So I replaced the noise of teh nudge with:

QUAD DAMAGE!

and then they play the winks, which are unstoppable, just thank Tor and Fernis they haven't put the freaky frog on it :cheers:

So basically now I am stuck with random love hearts, UFOs and dancing guys on my MSN screen when I am trying to have a serious conversation

Also,

So now I have a wiltered rose in my name, to warn little girls not to give me chain messages about the Tsunami victims. Yes, I am saddened by the tragedy but if I put a rose in my name it isn't going to make a difference...

It's not as if some victum sees the rose and goes "Holy crap! My Diareah is now cured and the water and decaying bodies are gone!"

oh, and you should google Ink or something like that for drawing... I forgot what it is called but ever since the latest update they took out handwriting so get the Ink thing


My friends are at my age, they are not mentally unstable or anything they just got mixed up in the whirlwind of the media...

I Got rid of MSN7, yeah its funny at first with the handwriting, but then it gets boring and after a while no messages could ever go through properly and i was forever having to copy/paste just for a message to make it through. So uninstalled and put the older one back on, works fine

I'm not even attempting to install msn7 because of the nudges and winks.

Msn 6 works just as good, and with msn+ and a few plugins has more features than it too

I've had no problems with MSN 7. I turned the winks off after about 20 minutes.

I have MSN 7 for the voice com only (no other version seems to like connecting). Transfers seem to be bugged and come thru so, so very slowly.

Msn 7 is a pile of wank. As is MSN 6 and they are turning it into a kiddie fun park.... So i reverted back to Windows Messenger... what they fubar that up, now i cant do transfers from Windows messenger to msn 7/6. Im an angry man!
It's bad enough when people use silly home-made emoticnos (and the rubbish added ones, like the sheep) in msn 6. But they fill it up with more and more spam.. all i want to do is message people, not anoy them and me to hell with nudges, winks, ram taking pretty colours/pictures and useless addons. grrr.

Yep, the only problem is all your conversations will be filtered through google servers and ads placed into them, aswell as nothing you say being private..

On another note, for msn 6.2 with plus, download 'stuffplug' plugin in, from mess.be i believe. Its brilliant, tell you wen people open convos with you without saying anything or when they leave a convo, and when the block you/delete you. Very nice thing i recommend it :thumbs:

naa that thing hurts people's feelings, the number of people who added themselves to my MSN and then cried when they were immediately blocked. Poor buggers.

Though it is funny when they try "impress" me by knowing when I block or delete them. Then I go ahead and block them

I wont use something like that, it simply makes people paranoid and stupid. Really it does lol, people getting blocked for no reason, they start to wonder why, then start asking and not getting straight answers (cause its not any of their business) and then they start to think you don't like them and so on and so forth.

So yeah, its only use is to royally **** with someone's mind

with winxp tablet edition you can use handwriting and draw pictures in your messeges. I know theres a hack that lets you do it with the mouse too, but why would you want to?
