MSN not recieving messagers!

Ok, I'm nearly at the end of my straw. I have looked everywhere to find a solution and have only found more people with the same problem.

Basiclly I will be talking to a friend and suddenly I will stop reciving there messages. They recieve mine, sometimes. But I can be in the middle of a conversation and suddenly they stop speaking and I'm talking to myself.

Its so ****ing anoying because its completely spoiling my ability to even speak with my friends. It happens like every 10minutes and is litrally beyond a joke. I have tried different versions of MSN and nothing changes.

Someone please help me before I throw my PC out of the window or spend even more money txting and phoning people up.

I rarely have a similar problem where I receive messages but the other person doesn't get mine. I just stop talking to that person and talk to someone else, and the problem is solved.

Seriously, the network that MSN uses is prone to problems. Try Google Talk or AIM or something.

Yes but this person is a very good friend or mine. I can't say I just want to cut them off. I'm so angry as well as I talk to this person mostly online as its very rare we get the chance to talk in person.

Its been going on for coming on 3 weeks now and I'm starting to lose all hope. I can't even speak to this person for more than 10 paragraphs before the same thing happens and I stop recieving messages from them.

Thats what I have been doing, but I have to do this every 2minutes for it to stay working. It just keeps getting worse and worse.
