Muahahaha Bumper Cars!!!

ok..i had the funnyest idea...but again..need some help.

First of all..im making a bunch of bumper cars. But heres the hard part...(for me). I want the cars to explode after they take a certain amount of damage. and..i want to know if the cars will be able to even give damage...

This is the way im going to do the cars.(in case it has any importance.)
 
They could take physical damage. Use the physics damage scale to make the damage more severe, and check out the properties that make the objects explode after breaking.
 
Much fun indeed. The old Atari 2600 racing games of tag or "get the randomly placed square" (what was that called?) were super fun. This has a lot of potential to be really fun too.

haha..you know what...this was a pointless post..i looked at the tut again right after i posted this..and notice that in the physbox props..there was all the settings i needed... :p
 
why would they explode? i certainly hope this doesnt happen at my favorite theme parks....
 
damn thrusters...

every time i try to turn left.. it goes straight...and every time i turn right..it turns so sharply it flips...i dont get it..all of them are lined up right..my outputs match exactly, and theyre all set with the right amount of thrust according to the tutorial...
 
-bump- please an ideas? does the X and Y axis in the game_UI refer to the mouse as well as the keyboard?....i think that may be the problem
