i don't think this belongs in general, feel free to move it mods.

i just got a mx700 mouse and i'm a bit uncomfortable with it's movement

anyone that have it have a settings they recommend? i have to severly adjust the sensitivity on every game :(

dude cmon dont be lazy.

its like picking up after yourself after you eat lunch on a large campus.

if everyone were like u, thered be garbage everywhere

as for me, i have high sensitivity. always. and inverted mouse too.

Meh Inverted.

And I've got the MX500. Didn't see a practical use for wireless.

yeah i'm not a fan of the wireless.. and dude don't use other peoples recommendations on something like that..

thats like asking what keys do you use for movement? WASD or the arrows? me.. i use teh arrows.. and inverted mouse sounds like torture to me!

sigh, i was actually refering to this because the mouse is very weird, very different from a trackball. but if no one feels like helping i'll go elsewhere

well then the mx700 may not be good for you. how big are your hands? i use the mx300 and i have medium sized hands, mx300 is smaller of course and wired, but has great tracking just like the 700 and is cheaper. i recommend trying the mx300.

its not that nobody feels like helping, its that your problem is very vauge. most people have to adjust sensitivity in every game, thats just how games are.

I agree, I change the sensitivity in EVERY SINGLE game I play. BTW, I got Halo today, it's awesome.

Turn acceleration off, it's the devil!

MX500 is far better than the MX700, with the MX300 in a close second, and MS Explorer 3.0 in a distant third.

Hunter Killer; turn off acceleration in MouseWare, and add this to the command line of all your Half-Life engine games...
