You could have probably gotten it down to 3KB with gif... since it only uses two colors.
... compared to 15KB with jpeg.

JPEG is better for things with a lot of color like photographs.

Yah, im kinda ignorant with this, i just make everything jpg :-P
And i still havent found the secret to make completely opaqe bg gifs without dither...

thats no paint, its done with a sort of java drawing program you find often at those japanese anime websites.

Amazingly enough this thread inspired me to do my ms paint rendition of Gordon/ Havent used paint in about 2 years! (yes I know its not anatomically correct... It was made in paint after all...)
