My friends have a band.

+9 for CCR, -2 for doing a song I wanted to cover at some point. 7/10

Enjoyable performance. :)

Wow, they didn't slaughter it, I'm pleasantly surprised.

Pretty good. Cant say the same for the bands some of my friends are in. Horrible. All of them.

Here's the next video--

The Odds are-

Austin Wilkerson -- Drums, Guitarist, pretty much anything he lays his hands on.

Kyle Wilkerson -- Lead Guitarist, Mandolin (of all things)

Tyler Ayres -- Secondary Guitarist

Corn -- Lead Vocals

Darian 'Fish' Fisher -- Keyboard

Mahlon -- Bass

I remember this episode! What's that song called? I wanted it for my playlist!

My friend is in 3 bands :dozey:

And my brother is in 2 :hmph:

:D

**** them. We're better.

Sorry, but that mindset wont cut, Im currently in a band called Aura, and that name is rather popular in the world, there is even another alternative rock right in Manchester with the same name, if we get a to a much larger stage we will have most likely have to change, or buy rights to the name and copyright it.

Saying 'we're better' wont stop you getting sued. I take it the 'we're' means that it is actually your band, sneaky.

that was meant to be a joke, dude. Don't take anything I say seriously, unless I say that it should be taken seriously.

Since "The Odds" is taken, tell your friends to name their shitty band "Guitar Machine"

The cover is good but they need to be bit more stage friendly. A bit more energetic.

Tight.

Nah, they're in the clear:

:P

ya so if they want to sell cds in canada they'll have to call themselves ..the New Odds ...oh wait ..The Odds US ....kinda like how in north america the Charlatans are called the Charlatans UK (copyright) ..or how EB Games cant be called GameStop due to someone already owning that name ..so they just use EB games

lol wut

I don't understand Stern's posts half the time. WHAT THE **** DO YOU THINK OF THEM, MAN!

EDIT: I really need to stop clicking on people's sigs. **** you Mellish.

EDIT: **** you Mellish.

Mate, he is giving you advice, if you cant take criticism, no matter how small or large, you might as well quit now because you will get it, a lot, even if you are good there will be those who think otherwise.

And for the record, yeh you could do with upping your stage presence, people wanna see you getting really into the music, rocking out etc. Its part of the show.

Dude, it was directed at his signature. Kind of off-topic, I apologize.

EDIT: Actually, I'm not in the band. But they almost always call me before they start practice. I'm usually there for advise. Tell them what instruments need to be toned down, like sometimes the guitar is overtaking the other instruments, or they're not loud enough, or Corn needs to be less of a zombie, etc. But in the end, it's their decision to take what I say into account.

The only reason he wasn't going like a maniac was the old people at the show.

if your gonna play creedance, you gotta be able to hammer out some serious notes. The singer was way to weak in that area. When you sing a CCR song, you gotta sound like you are sticking it to the man.

Something tells me it is, could be wrong though.
Clue's in the title. Unless he lied, in which case he's already ashamed enough of his band to not require a lesson in handling criticism. :P

Or is that the other way around. ****, I'm too tired to know/care.

I think it sounds good! Way better than I expected.
