don't know right now.. just not enough info.. but expect them to be separate purchases.
the book should be an interesting read.. plus i think the pictures in the book will be exclusive to it.. so its not like ur gonna find them in-game or something

My manager just got back from a gaming convetion and he says he spoke to a couple of the programmers of hl2 and they said the following. Sam <--- the manager ask them about the release date of hl2 and they said SOON very SOON.

It's been in "SOON very SOON" status for about a year now.
