I'm not going to tell you it's good, but I commend you on the fact that I can recognize all of the faces as who they were intended to be.

Nae bad for a first go. You have an eye for distinguishing unique characters which is handy, and I reckon with practice you'll be able to pull off some interesting art.

don't trace but as some advice, try and draw from photographic reference, noting an objects position and how it appears, and try and teach yourself, and this is most important, to see the piece of paper as a white three dimensional space rather then a flat piece of paper, and draw an object or person as if you are sculpting them and try and envision them as as 3rd dimensional object, taking into account how their parts relate to each other in that space.

Don't worry if that seems a bit hard to imagine right now, all it really takes is practice and time, just keep drawing. :)
