My Half-Life single player is messed up =(

Well ive been meaning to replay through HL1 again just to get the feel of things.....pffft its weird i know....so after i ride through the entire tram i try to move but i cant. For some reason when i open the options menu and look at "Keyboard" there are no keys to edit, its just blank. So i cant move at all. Any suggestions?

BTW im playing it off of steam and im thinking i should reinstall or something? but how do i do that on steam?

Ok thanks its fixed now, i had to reinstall steam. On to Half-Life goodness!

Are you honestly saying that you would buy the game all over again just because the keys became unbound?

This also happends for mods that aren't supported for Steam. You can install it, but if you can't change the key binds, and if you try you won't be able to move.
