I just got this of GAME its about my pre order, if it measn what i think im going ot be very happy.

As you may already be aware, the UK release date for 'Half Life 2' has changed to Aug-03.

Please don't worry, your order is still 'live' and will be despatched to you on the day prior to the revised release date, via your chosen method of shipping, unless you advise us to the contrary.

You will not be charged for your pre-order purchase until the order is despatched.

I really hope this means August this year and not August nect year. (I know it wont be next year but when it comes to things like this i get all nervous. ITS HALFLIFE 2!)

It's not going to happen. The release date is still, and most likely always will be September the 30th.

I would love it to come out in August but i suspect someone at GAME is either having a joke or is just plain dumb.

As was said in another post, it was probably an error, they most likely meant October 3rd.

it's not changed, just one online place thinks its changed, or went ahead and changed it.

I always thought stuff came out in the UK late, but it is HL2, i really doubt they would change the release date

lol thats pretty funny, youd think they should change their dates depending on official announcements and not rumors.
