My ip is 0.8.0.4:27015 ?

Every time i make a server it shows my ip as 0.8.0.4:27015 ... wthat the freak? .... what does this mean?

I am thru a router , And when i start up deticated server it says my ip is that and no one can join.

You said it all. The router changes your I.P. for some reason of security. If you want your friends to connect your server, I suggest to plug your connection directly to your modem.

or enable port forwarding for certain ports to your computer

I don't think its really a great idea posting your IP address "just letting you know" there's alot of crazy people in this world and they can do some crazy things with the IP address from your computer..

I know what you're saying, but the router changes the ip address so in case anybody finds it out (like now), it's not the true ip address of his internet. Why the ip is coming up the same every time is odd, as most routers have random ip configs for added security.
