My new system... :D!

It's a nice power supply. It's quite heavy, too. It's got a dual fan system going on but only one's on all the time. I'm not sure wether the other one is broken or it's not needed.

yeah it was heavy and of the dual fans the other one is only needed when it starts to heat up then it turns on

About the monitor, it's really nice... bright and colorful. Even though there's a tiny 8ms response time, I can notice a tiny bit of ghosting, but it's not too noticable about an hour. I actually kind of like it, adds a bit of motion blur. Overall, it's really nice and well worth the money. Also, it's really huge compared to my 17" CRT.
This doesn't answer the question about the monitor?

specs and how much

AMD Barton 2500+ (1.8GHz), 512MB Kingston RAM PC2700, ATi 9600XT 128MB, Chaintech nForce2 motherboard... I think that covers it. It's also getting my 17" Philips monitor all for $750.

A little overpriced considering that you can build better for less, but if your cousin doesn't know that it won't hurt him. ;)

He doesn't really know what he's doing. But, eh, I forgot, I got upgrades for the PC because he requested them. It now has a GB of RAM and the DVD burner, etc. Yes, it's still a rip, but he doesn't know any better.
