I fell down my basement steps, threw out my back, knocked myself out, broke my elbow and dislocated my shoulder in a particularly painful manner (the steps are wooden and the floor cement). So I was pretty much restricted to just sitting in a chair downstairs and reading. Feeling better now, but the back is still killing me.
