my toe is still numb

like before you get pins and needles cos you've been sitting on it, only it's been numb for about 20 hours now, just on the bottom, and it's worrying me a bit. it's not an odd sensation because it's such a familiar one, but it's strange that it's lasting so long. anyone know why this might happen?

Temporary nerve damage, if sensation does not return after a few days or so then there is something to worry about, as it stands you shouldn't have anything to worry about, fingers and toes are particularly prone to this.
