My Trip to Glasgow

went to glasgow on friday, on business and on the last day before i was about to leave i went to Edinburgh and Glasgow City Centre, and to be honest, its the worst place ive ever been to.

• crap entertainment
• ugly women

that sums it up, anyways wot do you think of glasgow/scotland? if you've been there or live there.

BOLLOX, i was staying at friends flat (which is 3-4mins away from city centre -glasgow) and 8 ppl lived there, x30 per week, actually its alot but 8 ppl live their lol

Like anywhere in the world, most women are ugly, some are beautiful.

But anyway, about entertainment. I'm from Edinburgh. We have any kind of entertainment you could want. What were you looking for, dancing mimes?

No, but we have bag pipers, who just... stand there... making noise... but only on sunny days, which is like 1 day a year... so... ermm... no.

Scotland is nice when it doesnt rain ... was touring a couple of years ago, the west coast is nice when its warm in the summer. Took a ferry over to Bute, really nice island full of nice people. Not sure about the cities in Scotland though, glasgow/edinbgh etc ... seem a bit run down and full of the lower-class charvers.

I was watching the movie Sweet Sixteen, for a bit... before I decided that the Glasgow accent is the hardest damn accent in the world for me to understand. I mean. Damn, this movie had captions, and the captions sometimes sounded NOTHING like what the person just said. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

Haha, I saw that a few weeks ago. Even I needed the captions and i'm Scottish. That's chavs for you.

I've been to glasgow station and well, that was enough for me. No more glasgow

been to the scottish countryside, Isle of Bute and Isle of Arran. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. pitty you wouldnt be able to get a nice broadband connection up there
