The word didn't mean exactly what I thought when I first found it and started using it as a handle. I used it by the literal definition of someone who really loves music and sound, but traditionally it's more well-known as someone who collects very expensive hi-fi stereo equipment, which I don't do, so I got a little tired of people in random CS servers asking me about my setup when I didn't have one

Plus, I like Ennui better. I changed from Audiophile at maybe 600-700 posts... a looooong time ago

Let the idiots think what they want. If you dumb down comedy to the point where everyone can get it, it is almost always 100% crap. It's an interent name that isn't likly to get spoken out load much, let the unwashed masses think what they want about how to pronounce it.

Although, "Q-on-fused" is a lot better than "Quonfused" which I get a lot of.
