Just a heads up for you guys, the newest NS is being tested by us constellation members. So look forward to a new release in the somewhat near future.

Yeah, I'm testing it out as well, and I'm liking it alot. I love the hitbox fixes that they did on the RT and Armory. Feels much better.

Now to work on the Fade :p

Just can't wait for NS:S

Is this topic for HL1?

The first game was so awesome, what are the changes in the update? When will Source version be made?

The change-list for 3.2 hasn't been released yet, as far as I know.

I don't think there are any plans to port NS to the Source engine. Instead, they're working on NS2 (which might be on the Source engine, but it won't be a direct port of NS).

Well, the changelog is on a publicly accessable page. But we have recieved authorization to link it anywhere.

I'll just say, the changelog is very freaking sexy. I like the new maps too.

What the hell is the BUS/nexus? I've heard so much talking about it, but not what it's about.

Unless I've missed an announcement, they haven't even told us what it is yet.

I could tell you but then I'd have to KEEEEELLLL you...

My personal 2 cents, I don't see Nexus coming until NS 2.

Also it looks like they are tossing in the towel for NS:S and going straight for NS 2 (much smarter imo)

Natural Selection for Half Life is a very interesting game, but if it is to survive, they'll have to port it to the source engine.

isnt ns 2 just a different name for nss?

NS:S was going to be a direct port to the Source engine.
NS2 is a triple-A title that's going to be sold over Steam. It will not be a direct port and will contain things like a new resource model and other completely different features from NS

At this point NS:S isn't going to be made at all, Flayra is instead pushing past NS:S and straight to NS 2.
