The LG HDTV's are actually meant to be quite good, but they are essentially budget orientated products. Firstly though, do you really need a 37 inch TV, or would 32 inch suffice ? Because there is plenty of choice out there for decent 32 inch HDTV's at that price range.

I just want 37 coz ive alraedy got a 32" CRT TV.

Whch 32" would you suggest? I need to be able to connecy my 360 via HD composite cables, my DVD and Freeview via SCART

All 3 are brilliant screens and have the connectivity you desire. And i take it you meant HD component cables not composite, composite are the SD cables.
