Need Help Asap

Hey, i was just playing HL2 and when i load the game, it disables the A.I,
PLz tell me what i should do,
computer: 1.7 cpu/ 256 ram
PS: it works ok when it's the first time i install it, but when i load a game for the second time, it disables a.i, is there any command to enable it again?
PLZ HELP ASAP

Where did you get the game, if its from ebay or some p2p/warez site then I'd say that you need to buy the game. You can pick it up pretty cheaply now!

But he doesn't have access to HL2DM, LC, AM and CSS right? So actually he's missing out on everything

Actually, i herd that the a.i command doesn't work on warez.

But the a.i problem affects both retail and warez. usually on custom maps.

Believe me, i'll have access to everything, i can buy CS:S anytime, about lost coast, i really don't care about it that much, since i don't have a computer capable of running it, aftermath... well, i had ( and still have ) access to HL:BS, HL: OP4, and... ( i have all the CDs) so i don't think that'll be a problem. about HL2DM, not intrested in it that much.
Don't think i'm evil and i'm ruining the work VALVe put on HL2, i buy the game, really cheap, since i don't have access to any VAVLe stores or stores that have the original, but then again, as a nice peace of "thank you" to valve, i ask my grandmother to buy "raising the bar" for me.
i wanted to tell her to buy HL2 for me too, but then i just couldn't wait for it that long. ( she's in canada now )

i really appretiate VALVe's works, but what should i do? i CAN'T buy the game the way you do.

yeah, incase it makes you feel better, i have to pay about a dollar every hour i play hl2, it doesn't work on my computer (500MHz CPU, 128M Ram, 64M VGA, 6 years ago it was like, WOW)
so i had to install it on a coffee net computer, and pay 1$ every hour to play, i'm crazy for hl, i saw a hydra in my dream last night... oh and it was REALLY cool, just amazing the way it spinned around itself with that light blue color...

i didn't want to spend money on my computer for the next two years, but now that even "freecell" doesn't work on it, i think i shod do something about it.
i shoud put this as my signature:
0.3 MHz CPU, 128M Ram (OMG it's SO high isn't it?), 64M VGA (it ROCKS when you have DX 0.5 on your computer)...

it had like.. 56 mb Ram... and could barely even run windows...

You definitely should consider... getting a new computer.

yeay! i'm getting a new computer, nothing that special though, 3GHz CPU full, 512M Ram, 128, or a 256M VGA, 60 or 120G of hard drive, it's certainly gonna be better than what i have now. since i haven't decided on VGA and hard drive yet, you could help me about it... obviously, the higher te better(don't get me wrong) but considering the different costs they have... give opinions. oh and one more thing, would the min. req. i've said here run HL2 GOOD? not ok but Good, i mean like with high graphic settings...

Get another stick of 512 MB (same brand please). It's cheap (about 50€ here) and it'll really help you along for HL2 and future games.
