I have the Cd, but when i put it in my computer (no OS), it goes

blah blah.....

DR-DOS A:>

What do I do?

use your bios to make sure it's booting from the CD.

It is, but its goes into DR-Dos.

when you get to the prompt have you tried changing to the cd drive and manually starting the installation then?

If your not sure how to start the installation, then after changing drive letter, type:

"cd i386" <enter>
"winnt" <enter>

that should kick off the installation. Hope this helps

Thanks. I was about to destroy the computer.

Will try now.

err, does the copying take this long?

Now its saying that it can't copy cyclop_Y.inf or soething like that. Skipped it. :(

Thats a problem I have come across in teh past. You have to burn the cd using the msdos character set instead of the default windows one. It only affects files with an "_" in teh file name and its represented differently in windows than it is in dos. You will have to burn a new disc I think and start over with the installation.

EDIT: Here is a link with more information, i got it slightly wrong, but the link explains your problem with teh installation:

EDIT EDIT: Post no 3 on that page :D

AHHH! now it says Disk Error.

Do a chkdsk /r on your HDD.
