Need help installing CS

Listen, i know this shouldnt be on here, but i need help quick. Im installing Counter Strike on my bro's Dell, and the CD wont load. HELP NOW!!!!

it doesnt load, my brother has a high spec dell, um..., when i open my computer, it doesnt show counter strike

He probably has autoload off.. Just open the cd through explorer or my computer and run the main program, whatever it's called.
