Need help. With internet explorer

My brother as using the computer and now when I try to open more than one browser window in IE it closes the first one and opens the new one... Anyone know how I can fix this? Its as annoying as HELL!

NO I don't want to use a different browser!

for now, a new browser might be the way to go

unless someone else knows of a better solution, ive never heard of
