Need help with JBmod plz...

I downloaded JBmod the other day. Extracted the folder to /Valve/Steam/SteamApps/[email protected](my user name)/hl2 (it said to extract where the HL2.exe file is)

Made another shortcut on the desktop with a launch line of "bla bla bla -game jbmod -console.

Now when I use that shortcut to get in the game, all of my saves are gone, settings are default. So I thought - probably because HL2 thinks it's a whole different game. So I went to start new game. Surprise - no chapter to choose from (the list is empty.) So then I thought oh heck, i'll just use changelevel... But then it says: "can't change level, server not running/started/whatever".

I'll appreciate it if someone could give me a clue.

Use the "map" command to load a map.
