Need help with some things on my server....

Hi. I just got my server up and running for the first time. It's really cool. But I have some questions.

How can I change and edit the screen that pops up as soon as I enter my server? It's like a welcome page of some sort.

How can I make it so that when someone gets 50 kills, the map cycles to the next map? I know how to, I think. I put mp_fraglimit 50 in the console. But do I have to enter that each time I enter a new map?

Also, how can I talk to people when I am console?
Another question. Why do I see purple on windows and glass?

How can I fix people "timing out" and some people with high pings?

put mp_fraglimit 50 in server.cfg located in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\cfg

Never heard of it.

Purchase better internet connections for them.

All of this is assuming you are creating a dedicated server.

The purple is a superficial bug, try rebooting your PC and it should go away.
