Need help

I ordered a case from xoxide.com and they sent me the wrong one so I emailed them and told them I got the wrong one. They shipped me a new case and I am going to send mine back, but I got the same case again...the wrong one. I would be happy with it but it looks pretty bad, it looks very similar to the case I ordered except the colors are extremely faded and the Z on the front is just a big normal Z and the side fan thing is just a normal metal thing. What should I do? Just keep the case? Tell them they sent me the wrong one? Ask for a full refund? All I know is that xoxide.com blows.

Also if you look at the case on newegg it shows that there is stuff on the inside and mine only came with a few wires.
 
Should try one more time then ask for a refund, ive had good experiences with them...hmm
 
All this shipping and handling is costing me a lot though.
 
They are charging u S/H? for RMAing? .....well...if you get the same case 3 times, you can sell um and make a buissness :D
 
They are charging you p+p for their mistakes. Yell down the phone at them and ask for 200% refund. ching ching! :D

Actually yelling down the phone gets results. Atleast with these bastards I deal with who screwed up my video card twice then forgot to return it. Of course I didn't yell at him.... I got some big guy I know to do it for me :o :D
