Looks like this mouse is the one you want Two scrollwheels? The possibilities are endless!
Why? Wireless keyboards I kinda agree with you - there's no reason for them to be wireless since they're pretty much static anyway, and removing the wire is just a security hole.... but mice? Who wants a wire on a mouse... Lag isn't an issue on propper wireless mice, since the connections on logitech mice are as fast as USB2 wired mice - and the batterys last about 2 weeks off a single charge, which isnt an issue anyway if you drop it in its charging dock every night, or every fortnight.Just don't get anything wireless
Trust me.
QFT, and I think $35 may just be a bit more than necessary.I have a better idea.
Get a Microsoft Internet Keyboard and Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical.
You won't spend more than $35 on both and they're excellent products.
I agree strongly on the keyboard (I have a simple Logitech keyboard with laptop-style keys. I think it actually makes typing quicker and it didn't cost all that much), but I do think it's important to have a high response, decent mouse. Whilst I rarely use the extra buttons on my MX510, when it comes to aiming at things in games, having a decent mouse is a godsend. Why do you guys need all of these expensive mice with sixteen buttons and keyboards with LCD displays and a million buttons? None of this stuff is actually required or even all that useful, and I'd rather spent a lot less on a keyboard and a lot more on something that really matters. So long as it's comfortable, durable and functional (CDF), I'm happy.
