need some help with spray

alrite, i got this pic that i want to make into a spray, its a pic of a warning sign that some changed to say "PWNED!1" on it. well, i want to make just the sign a spray that looks like a sign on the wall. (like take out the chain fence behind it and like put a lil shading on it like ive seen with the HL2 sprays) i would do it myself but i have no photo editting software (except MSpaint) and if i did, i have no skills whatsoever in the art department. if someone could make it for me, i would much appreciate it!

It would be better if you could find the same sign taken from a straight on view and of the whole thing. It would look allot nicer anyway.

i love the look of it but it would be better if the words under it said somethin along the lines of

<title>NO TRESSPASSING</title>
